Ortho Amino Phenol is an organic compound with the chemical formula C6H4 (OH) NH2. It is one of the isomers of aminophenol, and the other two isomers are 3-aminophenol and 4-aminophenol. It is an amphoteric substance and reducing agent. It is also a reagent for generating other dyes and heterocyclic compounds.
